Treviso, December 18, 2025 – SolidWorld Group S.p.A., listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: S3D), is an Italian technology group, leader in the integration of advanced 3D digital solutions and artificial intelligence, for the industrial, biomedical and defense sectors, has taken a further step in the reorganisation and industrial integration plan launched in 2025. Following the incorporation of Solid Innovation’s activities announced on 11 December, the relocation of Due Pi Greco to SolidWorld’s technology hub in Ponzano Veneto represents the second concrete milestone in the Group’s rationalisation and efficiency programme. The objective is to bring together skills, resources and processes within a single site, fostering a more integrated and efficient operating model.
The centralisation of activities will ensure greater continuity between design, production and advanced services, while reducing operational duplication and simplifying process management. The consolidation of facilities will also allow for clearer internal responsibilities and faster response times for customers and partners.
Covering an area of 2,000 square metres, the hub hosts advanced 3D printing technologies, scanning systems, digital design capabilities and certified training facilities. The site has been selected as the sole Italian centre within the Global Manufacturing Network, the excellence network promoted by Stratasys Direct Manufacturing. The hub is also ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring controlled processes and internationally recognised quality standards, which are essential for additive manufacturing production.
The facility has undergone a major upgrade aimed at improving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, including the installation of a photovoltaic system with over 150 panels. This system generates clean energy sufficient to cover the daytime energy requirements of 3D printers, machinery and offices. This investment contributes to reducing energy consumption – and consequently operating costs – as well as the environmental footprint of production activities.
Modern, technologically advanced and strategically located, the hub represents for Due Pi Greco, a Veneto-based company founded in 2010, a further step towards the goal announced in July 2025: the creation of an Italian Centre of Technological Excellence.
Due Pi Greco, which specialises in advanced additive manufacturing, operates in the production of high-tech components and provides professional 3D printing services. Its expertise ranges from automotive and industrial design to the aerospace sector, with an approach focused on process optimisation and the reduction of development times.
Roberto Rizzo, CEO of SolidWorld Group, stated: “This step represents a natural evolution of our industrial model. Bringing people, expertise and technologies together within a single hub allows us to accelerate innovation, strengthen our responsiveness to the market and create value in a sustainable way.”
He added: “The decision to concentrate Resana’s activities at the Ponzano Veneto site is the result of a thorough assessment and reflects our intention to make our production structure more modern and integrated. The new hub strengthens our industrial platform and represents a key building block in the creation of an Italian technology hub. We continue to pursue the same objectives with discipline, adopting all the measures necessary to make our business model more efficient. We expect the effects of this path to become visible as early as 2026, with an improvement in EBITDA.”
Diego Pagnan, CEO of Due Pi Greco, commented: “The physical and operational integration with the other Group companies offers a concrete opportunity to share know-how, optimise processes and develop new projects within a synergistic framework. Working side by side enables us to turn complementary expertise into innovation and tangible responses to the market.”
