It will be a turnkey supply, with SolidFactory building the complete production line on behalf of the customer, who can then use it for their operations. SolidFactory&#8217;s is an &#8220;industrial contractor&#8221; for the installation of high-tech and digital production lines for its customers.<\/p>\n<p>This major order was achieved thanks to the high level of specialization in providing digital automation systems for production processes, integrating a robotic solution for loading and unloading machine tools.<\/p>\n<p>The cell, with 7mt by 8mt dimensions, will be able to communicate with the production management system and, in a fully automatic manner, will manage the production stages by loading the semi-finished product into the warehouse in the machining center and then, once the processing is finished, picking it up, performing quality control, automatically marking the product code and then depositing the finished product in the relevant storage warehouses.<\/p>\n<p>The anthropomorphic robot will be able to autonomously change the gripping tools and spindle configuration of the machining center according to the production order, while the minimal presence of the operator ensures automatic unmanned 24-hour production.
